HOW TO MAKE A QUICK AND EASY FIELD SHELTER

See brave Nemo, who used to be terrified of tarps enjoying the spot under the shelter-We were lucky to have our tack room to add this too but you can also make these with a back and sides on for between $100 to $200 depending on how many sides and posts you need. They are so easy to do too-Just dig 4 holes and concrete in 4 large posts-at about $20 each from your local timber merchant who often will delivery for a small fee too, plus post mix at around $5 per bag. Then add tarpaulins to the top, back and sides as required at a cots of between $10-$15 each-try not to use black or dark colours for the tarps or will look like a cave-so the lighter the better.
